A submitted application cannot be changed. However, see below to add an amendment to an application. This option is only available if the Department has enabled it.
1: From your Dashboard, go to the "Submitted Applications" section.
2: Next to the application you would like to revise select the "Revise" tool.
** If you do not see this tool next to a submitted application please contact the department directly with any additional information or mistakes.**
3: From there you will be prompted to give the Revision. This will not change your previously submitted application. Instead it will notify the department of your updates.
4: Missing documents can also be added to the revision. In the bottom left and selecting "Choose File"
